Pakistan's National Tariff Commission issued the latest announcement on Case No. 64, making a positive preliminary anti-dumping ruling on chlorinated paraffins originating in or imported from China, Iran and Qatar, and preliminarily decided to impose temporary anti-dumping duties of 18.04%, 38.00% and 15.63% on the products involved in the case from China, Iran and Qatar respectively from now on. The measures do not include chlorinated paraffins used only as raw materials for Pakistan's export products and chlorinated paraffins required for foreign donation aid projects and other tariff-exempt projects.
