BCI Group Opens New Polyurethane Systems Manufacturing Plant in Saudi Arabia

Recently, BCI Group announced the opening of a new polyurethane systems manufacturing plant in Saudi Arabia, as part of its ambitious global expansion strategy.

Located in Riyadh's Second Industrial City, BCI's new plant covers an area of ??10,000 square meters and is planned to be further expanded in the near future. The plant is fully automated and is the first of its kind in Saudi Arabia and the region. The initial production capacity is 40,000 tons per year, and by the second phase next year, the capacity will increase to 60,000 tons. The plant focuses on the production of materials for various industries such as automobiles, pipes, HVAC systems, household appliances and insulation materials. Its commitment to sustainability is reflected in the use of non-toxic materials and advanced technologies that can reduce energy consumption by up to 60%. BCI is also at the forefront of innovation, recycling PET materials into insulation raw materials and converting tires into adhesives used in industrial applications.

It is reported that the BCI Group specializes in polyurethane systems, polyester polyols and specialty adhesives, and its headquarters is located in Dubai.
